The National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) announced today that, for the first time, the official Breeders' Cup Simulcast Show—the video sent to racetracks and other wagering facilities from the Breeders' Cup site—will be available on the Internet live via streaming video on Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships Day, Saturday, October 29. Due to existing domestic television agreements, the Breeders' Cup Simulcast Show Pay-Per-View will be available to non-U.S. residents only.

The Pay-Per-View streaming video will be offered in conjunction with Post Time Technologies, Inc., and RaceReplays.com and will be available for $8.99. The Breeders' Cup Simulcast Show, originating this year from Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y., will air for approximately seven hours from 11:00 a.m. (ET) through the end of the last race, the Breeders' Cup Classic – Powered by Dodge.

The Breeders' Cup Simulcast Show includes a live feed of all Breeders' Cup and undercard races from Belmont Park, constantly updated odds information, interviews and wagering analysis.  Hosts of the show include Todd Schrupp, Frank Lyons and Simon Bray, with reporting from Jeannine Edwards, Kurt Hoover and Jan Rushton.

"We are pleased to offer this Pay-Per-View option to Breeders' Cup enthusiasts around the world who do not have easy access to live television coverage of the event," said Ken Kirchner, senior vice president of product development for the NTRA. "This offering increases the global stature of the Breeders' Cup, and is something we hope to build upon in the years to come."

"We're excited to be partnering with the NTRA and Breeders' Cup Ltd. to bring this great racing event to audiences around the world, using our global distribution network's geographic blocking technology", said Hardave Gill, president of Post Time.
